印戒細胞癌,怎麼治?(可能缺鎂、鋅)

印戒細胞癌(Signet ring cell carcinoma,SRCC),
又稱黏液細胞癌(mucinous cell carcinoma,MCC)
是上皮組織的惡性腫瘤
它是腺癌的一種表現形式,最常見於消化系統

腫瘤細胞胞質豐富、充滿黏液,核被擠壓於胞質一側呈“印戒”樣
幾種常見的印戒細胞癌
1.胃印戒細胞癌
2.乳腺印戒細胞癌
3.膀胱印戒細胞癌
4.前列腺印戒細胞癌
5.胰腺印戒細胞癌

signet-ring cell colorectal carcinoma (SRCC) 
印戒細胞結直腸癌(SRCC)
SRCCs showed a significantly greater MMP-1 expression compared to 
the ordinary intestinal colorectal cancer (ICRC) 
and a significantly reduced E-cadherin, β-catenin and fibronectin expression.
與普通腸結腸直腸癌(ICRC)相比,SRCC顯示出顯著更高的MMP-1表達
並且顯著降低的E-鈣粘蛋白,β-連環蛋白和纖連蛋白表達。
Conclusion: The biological aggressiveness and strong metastatic behaviour 
of SRCC could be due to high MMP-1 and low expression of the adhesion molecules.
